My husband and I are planning to have our second child. We want to prepare six months before conception by doing a cleansing fast. We plan to cut out empty calories, basically junk- sugar, white flower, hydrogenated and rancid vegetable oils, excess of polyunsaturated oils, tabacco, caffine, and alcohol. This is going to be huge! I really have no idea what I am doing... Hope you can join us on our adventure of self-dicipline and creating healthy filled nutritious meals/snacks!

Baby Custard
So I am loving my new nourishing traditions book for nourishing baby. Tru has had a rough time gaining weight and I have had the worst breast feeding experience where I can't do anything to build my milk supply due to mammory hypoplasia. I'm learning to accept that my baby won't only get breast milk and I have to ignore people around me that believe I'm not making the right choice settling for formula... Tru turned 7 months yesterday and has only gained 2 lbs since he was 4 months old. He went down on her percentile and this made me very sad :-(. So I looked up a recipe for Tru in my book and found one full of health fats. Below ill list photos of recipe and finish product
