Breakfast!!!

Toast, eggs with piima. Plus our daily vitamins. With the eggs I normally put milk or sour cream, but I had no milk or organic sour cream so I put piima! Eva ate the left over piima spoon and really enjoyed it! Best scrambled eggs I ever made. Plus I used sunflower oil and used my celtic sea salt. Delish!!
Today is the day we start cleanse and our supplements.

Momma

So our supplements consist of cod liver oil, acerola powder, and a prenatal for me. We also are taking wheat germ in our food for fiber and folic acid. We might add more to our diet but the plan is to get most of our vitamins and minerals from our food. Trey and I have been burping up cod liver oil all morning... I would advise taking the acerola powder after the cod liver. The powder can be mixed with water or juice and it has a nice sweet taste to it. I don't have a plan for tonight but I did pick up $100 with of food from PCC this morning. So far Trey is struggling and not happy about cutting caffine out of his diet. He is always craving energy drinks and mountain dew... I'll report more later.
