This Weeks Meals & Shopping List

I was planning on doing this from the beginning but got lazy and regretted not planning better. Here is the first weeks meal plan Trey and I put together:

Sunday:

B: Peanut Butter Toast
L: Sourdough Pancakes
D: Whole Chicken Roast, Bread, Veggies

Monday:

B: Muffins
L: Fruit, Cottage Cheese, Crackers
D: Salmon, Quinoa, Caesar Salad

Tuesday:

B: Kefir Smoothie
L: Salad, fruit, Sanwhich
D: Chicken Soup, Rice

Wednesday:

B: Eggs, Toast, Potatoes
L: Salmon Dip Crackers
D: Pizza, Salad

Thursday:

B: Oatmeal, Fruit
L: Pizza
D: Liver, Onions, Chili

Friday:

B: Yogurt, Fruit
L: Chili
D: Salad, Pork

Saturday:

B: Eggs, Toast, Potatoes
L: Tuna Sandwhich
D: Spaghetti, Bread, Salad

Favorite Snack Foods:

String Cheese
Grapes
Homemade Crackers
Apples w/ Peanut Butter
Mandarins
Chips w/ Salsa
Homemade Cookies
Nuts
Homemade Trail Mix
Popcorn
Smoked Salmon
